I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, right in the center of Franz Josef, in what felt like a safe area. The room was modern, light, and had a fresh color scheme. The bed was extremely comfortable with plenty of pillows, and the shower was spacious with a non-slip base. I loved the small garden patio with outdoor seating, it was a great spot to relax. The room also had all the amenities I needed, including heating, tea and coffee facilities, and a dining table. The staff was friendly and accommodating, making my stay even more enjoyable.

All in all, I highly recommend this place.

The room was quite cold when we arrived and it took a while to warm up. the towel rail that I turned on to dry my towel was switched off when the room was serviced, which was a bit disappointing.

Stayed here for New Year's with my family. The kitchen facilities were good, and the parking was convenient. the staff was friendly and approachable.

The bathroom was small and uncomfortable with no space to sit on the toilet; the spa bath had dirty jets, leaving soap scum in the water, which was disgusting.

Spent my Christmas at this cozy motel and it was perfect! The spacious and clean room was equipped with a kitchenette that had everything I needed. Plus, the variety of Sky channels available made my stay even better. The motel's convenient location also made it easy to explore the town's attractions.

While the motel had many positive aspects, parking was a bit of a hassle when it was fully booked. However, this was a small inconvenience compared to all the great amenities the motel had to offer.

We had a fantastic stay at Spa Motel. The room was warm and sunny, with a well-equipped kitchenette including paper towels and glad wrap. The big, comfy bed and spacious bathroom were a plus. The bonus of having Sky TV made our stay even better. We had a comfortable week-long stay and will definitely book again!

The lack of parking at the motel when it's fully booked can be a minor inconvenience, but we didn't mind parking on the road. Additionally, the bathroom space was a bit tight, especially when sitting on the toilet.
